Special Selectmen’s Mtg

1.0    Convened in the History Center Meeting Room at 7:02 P.M.  Pledge to flag followed.  Selectmen present: Larry Parlin (chair), Muriel Bonin, and Mark Russell.  Guests (three contractors in 2.1) and Eric Seaman.  Town Manager Steve Musica also present and served as secretary.

 

2.11  Resident contractor Dan Craft joined mtg.

At 7:04 P.M. MOTION by Larry Parlin, seconded by Mark Russell pursuant to 1 MRSA 405.6.D enter executive session PASSED: 3-0-0

Chairman brought out of session at 7:40 P.M.

 

2.12  Resident contractor Todd Mulherin joined meeting

At 7:43 P.M. MOTION by Larry Parlin, seconded by Mark Russell pursuant to 1 MRSA 405.6.D enter executive session PASSED: 3-0-0

Chairman brought out of session at 8:07 P.M

There followed discussion on garage needs.

 

2.13  Resident contractor Bob Nadeau joined meeting

At 8:31 P.M. MOTION by Larry Parlin, seconded by Mark Russell pursuant to 1 MRSA 405.6.D enter executive session PASSED: 3-0-0

Chairman brought out of session at 8:50 P.M

 

Manager to check references and cover at Board of Selectmen meeting.  Also will get on Planning Board Agenda

 

3.0   Mr. Seaman discussed permitting requirements.
